Kellie Theaker - Human Resource Coordinator/Project Administrator

Kellie Theaker has over 15 years of business experience in various roles within Finance and Accounting divisions and is an experienced professional with a history of success in large business operations, equipped with formal education in Accounting and Payroll.

As a project administrator Kellie is responsible for all administrative aspects of facilitating projects in relation to Timmins Martelle Heritage Consultants, this includes working closely with the Project Managers to plan, manage and execute all elements of the project in alignment with the project's goals and priorities.

In 2013 Kellie implemented a project management program in order to assist in improved project budget tracking as well as time and expense tracking providing greater detail of project related costs. Kellie additionally liaises with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport in regards to final report submissions and Project Information Form requests ensuring all Standards and Guidelines are followed.
